"I was disappointed that the first delivery was canceled, but it's okay—the second delivery went smoothly. However, there's a smell on the back panels that seems 'chemical' to me. I let Kipli know, and they told me it should fade after a few days. I'm happy with my purchase."
"I'm thrilled to have received my second classic KIPLI sofa—I already have an OLIA linen sofa, but that one's a sleeper! They face each other, and my living room looks great—the craftsmanship is superb, and the linen is top-quality."
"Excellent product that met my expectations. My only regret: there were no assembly instructions included when I received it. I received them by email several days later, but they weren't clear enough. Luckily, I'm good at DIY, so I put it together without waiting for the instructions."
"The Olia sleeper sofa was delivered to us as a replacement for our first sofa, which had a defect. We're thrilled with it! A big thank you to Kipli and especially to Irene (from the Toulouse branch) for arranging the exchange at no extra cost. We recommend them without hesitation!!"
"Overall, it's good, but the large back cushions sag on the sofa. Kipli sofa, natural linen model; the fabric is very durable."
"The perfect sofa for my small space—it's really beautiful."
"A great investment for my small apartment—the quality is top-notch."
"Simple and effective for entertaining friends, it stands the test of time"
"It's comfortable and quiet—everything is perfect."
"Great sofa—easy to unfold, and the natural linen color is really pretty."
