Italian craftsmanship, impeccable quality

Place of manufacture: Designed in Italy, near Milan

Sources of raw materials: Natural latex comes from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, which requires a tropical environment and high humidity. To ensure it is grown properly, it cannot be sourced in Europe. Natural latex is grown in Sri Lanka, cotton in India, wool comes from England, and Tencel® from Austria.

A Manufacturer of Excellence: Founded in 1955 in Milan, our partner factory—led by Sergio—specializes in processing 100% natural latex for our ergonomic mattresses, pillows, and sofas. Driven by a desire to transform production methods, he applies his expertise to create products that are healthier, more natural, and more sustainable.

Comfort & Compatibility

Home

An ultra-soft feel thanks to natural latex—perfect if your child loves the feeling of floating on a cloud.

Support

Rated 7/10, this firmness level is ideal for your child: a perfect balance—neither too soft nor too firm—to best support their growth. The elasticity of natural latex provides an ultra-comfortable sleeping surface.

Comfort Zone

The mattress features 7 comfort zones and ideal ergonomics for optimal comfort and support.

Breathability

The 100% natural latex top layer, unlike synthetic materials—and therefore plastic mattresses—provides a highly breathable sleeping surface to prevent night sweats.

Compatibility

The Kipli children's mattress can be placed on any type of bed frame with exposed slats. It must not be placed directly on the floor, as this prevents air from circulating and can cause irreversible damage. A minimum height of 3 cm is required to ensure proper ventilation.

Packaging

The Essentiel children's mattress is delivered rolled up in a box.

Place of manufacture:To source as locally as possible, we have selected manufacturers in Italy and Belgium—for the cover and the core, respectively—both of which are renowned for their expertise.

Materials of Origin:Natural latex comes from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, which requires a tropical environment and high humidity. To ensure it is cultivated properly, it cannot be sourced in Europe and is therefore sourced from Sri Lanka. The natural latex we use contains only 3% of the vulcanizing agents essential for its solidification. It consists of 97% natural latex, far exceeding the 85% standard required to bear this designation.

While 90% of the mattresses sold are made from petrochemicals...

“Most mattresses are made from petroleum-based materials, which can contribute to indoor air pollution. Because your child deserves the best night’s sleep to thrive peacefully, offering a healthy, natural mattress was a no-brainer for us. We designed this product to combine natural materials with comfort through responsible manufacturing in Italy by artisans with unique expertise.”

The Ergonomics of Pocket Springs for Optimal Support

Naturally Healthy

No synthetic foam, no harmful substances

The Best for Your Child

Unparalleled comfort

Latex is an ideal material whose elasticity provides optimal support. Thanks to the 7 comfort zones, your child receives tailored support for each part of the body. This highly breathable material helps regulate body temperature to minimize sweating and nighttime awakenings.

100% Restful Nights

A healthy composition that contains no synthetic foam or harmful substances. Thanks to the use of natural materials, the children's mattress emits no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), which are partly responsible for indoor pollution.

A durable and sturdy mattress

Thanks to its elasticity, latex loses only 1% of its height after 10 years of use. To ensure long-term comfort, we’ve designed a cover made of organic cotton that is removable and machine-washable at 30°C.

Thank you, Kipli, for our children!

"I'm very happy with this mattress I bought for my daughter. Before this, she had the Kipli baby mattress, which she used for 4 years. It held up perfectly—it was still in great condition—and friends were able to reuse it. The transition was easy; she sleeps very well on this large mattress, and as a mom, my heart is glad to know she’s sleeping in a healthy bed with the right support and high-quality materials! Thank you, Kipli! (We love that light, fresh latex scent—it reminds us we’re sleeping on a natural product.)"
